Aha you found me.  Hidden away here in my recording studio.  This all started with a twenty dollar software package and a computer mic.  The package is called Polderbits and is great for recording old records which I still use it for.  The recordings were not always bad and some are still available on the site.  However I did discover that there were better ways to record and have since upgraded a bit.

So now I have a fifty dollar software package called Ntracks and a two hundred dollar Tascam AD converter fed by a Behringer Eurorack with six channels.  This works pretty good and is even portable.  All mixing is done in Ntracks.  Wave editing is done using Goldwave.

I know it could be better so I have better as a goal.  This is where my studio stands at the moment.
